Today organizations face the challenge of receiving electronic documents from different sources that need to be captured, classified and processed.
Keeping pace with ever changing file formats, data types, and business processes can result in a collection of micro solutions which often prove difficult to support. This process of managing information delivered via secure FTP, email, websites, business applications and other sources into your document lifecycle can be time and labor intensive.
DocuNECT provides a single on-ramp for any file-type from multiple sources.

Integrate Our Public Upload Portal
Documents often need to be submitted from external sources, such as customers, vendors or business partners. The input has been typically managed by a secure FTP solution, or another file sharing solution. If you are using DocuNECT you can now add on the Upload Portal that is designed for public access and feeds directly into the DocuNECT lifecycle.
- Responsive Web Design. The Upload Portal is powered by a responsive web architecture that works intuitively on different platforms (Desktops, Tablets and Phones).
- Blends into Corporate Style Guidelines. Flexible style sheets allow the site to be easily blended into your corporate style guidelines.
- Document Upload Reconciliation. All user activity is audited, and the user receives a receipt for every upload making easy to track specific uploads and reconcile documents received.
- Account Management. Public User Registration Process with Auto-Approval if data matches with internal records. If not matched, then the request is routed on via a DocuNECT workflow to a team to approve/reject.
Automated Capture
- Use a central email/fax account as a point of capture
- Import documents from network drives, secure FTP/FTP sites
- Import documents from third party services
- Capture and process documents from third-party business applications (reports management)
- Migrate document from legacy document management systems
eSignature Integration
Electronic Signatures have revolutionized digital document processes by removing the print/sign/return paradigm, which has created a foundation for companies to kick-start their digital transformation strategies. Electronic Signature providers are not a permanent archive for documents and these official documents need to be archived into your long-term document management solution so they can continue their workflow or form part of the system of record.
This can be a challenge as the data captured during the signature process may not sufficiently map to the index/property information used in the target document management system, which creates an integration gap. Many organizations leave documents in DocuSign, or simply download them to an internal file-share.
